Terms of Service

These Terms govern your ("you", the business owner) use of Secan Asistan, the service provided by SECAN BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Secan", "we") at asistan.secan.tech. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Secan Asistan is an AI assistant that answers your customers’ messages on WhatsApp, Telegram and web chat for small businesses, helping with bookings, information and similar tasks.
2. Account & eligibility
You may use the service only for business/professional purposes and if you are over 18. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. AI output & no warranty
Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for what your assistant tells your customers and its accuracy; you should keep human oversight for critical matters.
4. Your obligations as data controller
You are the data controller for your customers’ personal data; Secan processes it as a processor on your instructions. It is your responsibility to inform your customers (provide a privacy notice / KVKK clarification), to have a valid legal basis or explicit consent, and not to upload unlawful content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, spam, IP-infringing or abusive purposes. You must comply with the WhatsApp/Meta and Telegram platform policies.
6. Billing & credits
The service runs on prepaid credits topped up via Secan Pay and metered by actual usage. Purchased credits are non-refundable. Prices and unit rates may change with notice. Applicable taxes may be added to all charges.
7. Availability & changes
We aim to provide the service with reasonable effort but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change or discontinue features. The service may be in beta.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the platform and software belong to Secan. Content you upload (knowledge base, messages, etc.) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate the service for breach or non-payment. You may stop using it at any time. On termination, your data is deleted in line with our retention policy.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid Secan in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over disputes.
