Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Secan Asistan. The service is provided by SECAN BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. For business owners
To delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete my account" option in Settings > Account. Alternatively, email inbox@secan.tech.
2. For end users (customers)
If you sent messages to a business's WhatsApp, Telegram or web chat integrated with Secan Asistan, you may request deletion of your data from that business. The business, as data controller, is responsible for handling this request. You may also contact us directly at inbox@secan.tech.
3. Facebook/Meta data
If you interacted with a business using Secan Asistan via your Facebook or WhatsApp account and you request data deletion from Facebook, Meta forwards the request to us and we delete the relevant data.
4. Deletion process
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations (billing records, audit logs) is retained until the end of the applicable retention period.
