Common questions from hoteliers

Does it connect to Booking.com or my channel manager?

Not yet. It keeps its own calendar inside Secan Asistan, which works well for direct WhatsApp and website enquiries. You stay in control and can confirm each booking before it is final.

Can it answer in the guest's language?

Yes. It speaks Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish and Romanian, and switches to match the guest. A German guest asks about breakfast in German and gets a German answer.

Will guests know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The assistant says so on the first message of every conversation, and your team can take over any chat at any time.

What about guest data?

It is a privacy-by-design product. Guest data is stored in the European Union, phone numbers are encrypted, and each property is kept separate from every other one.
